5 ways we make our clients happy in La Quinta
Our success depends on how well we build positive relationships with customers. If you can make them happy, you will keep them coming back.
1. Be honest.
2. Let them talk. Ask them questions about themselves. Let them do over 70% of the talking. People like to talk about themselves.
3. Show you care. Send them cards and emails for birthdays and other special events in their life. Stay in touch regularly.
4. Be persistant, but not aggressive. Rather than guess, ask them how often they would like you to contact them, what time of day, and if they prefer email, text, or a phone call.
5. Don’t break your word. Do what you say and say what you do.
